Glyphs like these are located throughout the Western United States, this panel is located in Saint George Utah. The Origin and meaning of the glyphs is unknown. I have heard a few theories... reformed Egyptian, Moroni writings, and a few more gems, but I can smell bullshit when I hear it. Have any Ideas?
