AUS-ROTTEN - not one single fucking hit 1997 (COMPLETE DISCOGRAPHY)
Have a little Excursion planned for this weekend.....Difficulty: Strenuous...
“I am here not only to evade for a while the clamor and filth and confusion of the cultural apparatus but also to confront, immediately and directly if it’s possible, the bare bones of existence, the elemental and fundamental, the bedrock which sustains us. I want to be able to look at and into a juniper tree, a piece of quartz, a vulture, a spider, and see it as it is in itself, devoid of all humanly ascribed qualities, anti-Kantian, even the categories of scientific description. To meet God or Medusa face to face, even if it means risking everything human in myself. I dream of a hard and brutal mysticism in which the naked self merges with a nonhuman world and yet somehow survives still intact, individual, separate. Paradox and bedrock.”
Here's What This Week's Massive Dust Storm Looked Like From Space
Earlier this week, an unusually large dust storm blew its way across parts of Utah, Nevada, and California. Satellite images now show the extent of the storm as seen from high above.

The dust storm, which struck the southwestern U.S. this past Tuesday, was caused by a cold front that moved across the region. In some areas, the resulting 70 mph (112 km) gusts stirred up considerable dust, reducing visibility to a quarter mile in some areas.

What do they mean ?........
I have been asked on many occasions the meaning of the pictographs and petroglyphs that are posted on this page. The meaning is different for each individual that seeks out the locations where the rock art is located. Each individual has a different experience on every trek into the desert where the sites are located. Like Lion's Mouth Cave.....
One interruption for Lions Mouth is presented in this video....move forward in the video in the link below to 2:22 for one interruption...

Damn...It would appear that I, your humble narrator, has a tattoo of a vagina on his inner thigh....
“Some people take offense like it's a limited time offer.”
“It's now very common to hear people say, 'I'm rather offended by that.' As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more... than a whine. 'I find that offensive.' It has no meaning; it has no purpose; it has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that.' Well, so fucking what."
Federal Judge OKs Uranium Mining Next to Grand Canyon National Park

U.S. District Court Judge David Campbell denied a request to halt new uranium mining at the Canyon uranium mine, located only six miles from Grand Canyon National Park’s South Rim. The Havasupai tribe and a coalition of conservation groups had challenged the U.S. Forest Service’s decision to allow Energy Fuels Inc. to reopen the mine without initiating or completing formal tribal consultations and without updating an obsolete federal environmental review dating to 1986. At stake are tribal cultural values, wildlife and endangered species, and the risk of toxic uranium mining waste contaminating the aquifers and streams that sustain the Grand Canyon and Colorado River.
