I have added this routine to my training along with dusting off the weights in my garage ...It's nice to revisit your "roots" from time to time.

RedStone Highland Games ...cancelled
As some of you may have noticed I have not posted much in the last year or so, I have dedicated my time and energy to training to participate in the RedStone Highland Games. Due to the "Great toilet paper shortage of 2020" the games have been cancelled.
